Never heard of Gr8.9.  Perhaps you're thinking of 10.9?

8.8 is generally equated to Gr5, 10.9 to Gr8

As for torquing, I dunno.  But I'd certainly use Loctite

can somebody tell me if these bolts (grade 8.8) are correct for this 
application ? 
What is the difference with the 8.9 grade we more usually see ?
Are the OEM bolts (N 905 569 02) special high strenght bolts ?
