The RSI is a replacement for the Q. I've driven the last couple winters on
a set of Qs and it's the best all-around traction I've had with an Audi
quattro. I drive on packed snow/ice or slush several inches deep half the
time in the winter. The rest is on dry roads. I have a 120-mile
round-trip commute for about 100 winter days. I don't know how this
applies to whatever vehicle you're trying to get tires for, however.
