My car idels funny....

When my car is cold if fires up and has no problems...

now inbetween when it is DEAD cold and Warm it has a tendency to stall out 
and not idel at all but always restarts fine....it will do this every time 
the car is dead cold....it also lacks a lot of power(like car is running on 
2 cyls in stead of 5,

has new wires, plugs, cap/rotr, ISV was changed, CSV changed, cleaned TB and 
plate.....etc....


car is a 5ctl CIS-E coupe GT(1986)

anyhelp is appreciated as it is very anoyying!!!
