Writeup of WIndow Motor Repair - not regulator

After finally removing the window regulator from my CQ it appears that
the regulator may be fine and that the problem is with the motor
itself.

In my search for a window regulator, I came across a writeup of how to
repair the window motor only.

I am pretty sure the writeup applied to a 200TQ, but I am pretty sure
there is not all that much difference.

If anyone has a url for how to repair the window motor I'd appreciate
it if you could send it my way.

Also -  would a motor from another Audi window regulator work ??  I am
specifically thinking about a window reg from a 1989 80Q.
