CIS question

Ive rebuilt/repaired a few of these things now... they really arent 
magic.  Each one of them ran great for 100K or more. 
To answer your questions, yes, they adjust flow on a per cylinder basis. 
Just be careful not to rip the big diaphragm inside, Ive gotten a couple 
of those that were torn and havent been able to repair them with any 
real success.
