Leaky/noisy fuel connections?

Hi all, I've been so busy lately w/ work and school, but I finally got some time to put in a rebuilt fuel distributor on my '85 5kT. I'm having a little trouble with a couple of banjo bolt connections. I jumpered the fuel pump on to test the injectors, but I noticed a sort of bubbling sound coming from the banjo bolt for the fuel supply coming from the filter into the rearmost connection on the side of the distributor. Even though it was making that noise, only a tiny amount of fuel was seeping past the connection, not enough to drip on the ground, but just wet the bolt. After tightening that large bolt 3 times, it seems to have stopped, but the sound is still there. I was wondering if this had anything to do w/ the smaller banjo bolt which screws into it. This smaller bolt (used for the cold-start injector line) is just like all the other small banjo bolts (ie. M8x1.0 thread), but the hole in the center is smaller on this one, and also it only has 2 holes drill into its side rather than 3. Is the CS injector line supposed to get this bolt, or have I mixed it up? Maybe it needs to be on the line to the frequency valve??? Anyone have any experience w/ this or the noises I'm hearing?
Also I started to notice the noise coming from the warm-up regulator, and it seems like it was leaking a tiny bit, but not sure which bolt. It's starting to get late, and I'd rather start w/ dry connections, so I decided to do more tests tomorrow. Keep in mind I just jumpered the fuel pump on, no engine running. Thanks for any help/advice.
