80q coolant flush/refill worry

A car should not over heat on a non 50/50 mix of water/coolant, especially
if you've got more water than coolant.

Race cars run straight water. 

There's no need to play guessing games - decide what level of cold weather
protection you need, then buy a coolant tester and see where you're at.  Add
antifreeze until you reach the desired anti-freezing properties.
