80q coolant flush/refill worry

But that is precisely the problem. As there is always some plain water 
left in the system after flushing, filling the system with a 50/50 mix 
will end up with a weaker solution. I use the technique of dividing the 
official coolant system capacity by two and adding that much pure 
coolant. I then top off the system with water. My summer car (MR2) has 
the engine in the back and the radiator up front. Rest assured, I know 
a thing or two about coolant changes as it's about a four hour process.
