If you aim your lights properly you shouldn't piss off anyone even
with high-watt bulbs.

I run 90/100W H4s in my 4000 and they are great.  Note, though, that
the higher the watts, the shorter the life span of the bulbs.  Even
55/60W H4s give out pretty decent light and should last a long time.
