No, that's an internal part of the transmission.
If you look under hand and foot levers, or whatever its called (group 7)
you'll find the parts diagram for this area. That rod is, as it says
above, a part of the clutch master cylinder.
As someone also mentioned, if it possible to remove it at the cylinder
end, you could get one from a dead/replaced master cylinder.
I'm sure you could also kludge something together - by cutting down the
rod, threading it with a die, and adding a coupling and some fresh
threaded rod (bolt with head cut off) to get to the right length.
