Sunoco CHF & Mobil 1 20/50

Through my local VW/Audi dealer I've found that the Castrol 505 oil for
TDI's is actaully a few cents cheaper than mobile 1 from a Oreilly's!

BTW the only oil VW recommends for the TDI is 505. The service literature
states that using anything else over prolonged periods of time will result
in severe and abnormal drivetrain wear.
