When I did web work for Porsche at my previous job, we'd get the hi-res
images from Germany and go over them in detail, picking out what has and
hasn't been photoshopped. Things like Red calipers added in that have the
word "Porsche" backwards, because the image was flopped, etc, etc.
On the other topic, EC, IMHO, is a rag that isn't worth the paper that the
tear-out mail cards are printed on. The big sucking sound when you open the
issue is the "top notch" EC staff kissing up to every advertiser. Never have
read an article in EC (I stopped reading it in 2002) that had a problem, or
had a car that wasn't great, etc, etc. Nope, everything works great, the car
is wonderful, the aftermarket product (advertised on the facing page) is
groundbreaking....such a load of BS.
