I've been driving my 80Q for a while now with some tranny
issues, namely no 3rd and a little noise when turning, and
then this weekend, when all the tire stores were closed, had
a flat, so ended up swapping two slightly different sized
tires.
Well, apparently, this morning something in the driveline
had enough of this, and decided to retire.  So, I'm driving
borrowed, non-german vehicles until I can repair it.  So,
any tips or advice on swapping trannys on this car would be
greatly appreciated. Lucky for me, I recently bought a parts
car for just this purpose, also lucky that the Q made it to
a town, within a block of a gas station and two blocks of
the rental car place.  Please help me out before Audi
withdrawl kicks in.  Thanks.
