233K Timing belt change. What should I swap and where do I get it?

Well, the motor ('87 5000 Turbo) I am working on has 233K on the clock. I
have not even a vague idea of when the last timing belt change took place so
I am going to perform one soon. I would appreciate a recommended parts list
of things I should change at the same time. Part numbers and recommendations
on where to get them would be great also.
