A/C Condensor/belt chirp

Recently I had noticed a chirp while shifting, I was thinking it might
be my Bailey BPV until recently. I recently clicked the A/C on while I
had the windows down and I heard the chirp. I did it again and again
and the chirp repeated every time I turned the A/C *on*. No chirp when
going from A/C mode to "Econ" mode.

It is alot louder when the RPMs are higher, when the RPMs are lower
the chirp is much more subtle. It does it just about everytime. Is
this an indication that a belt is showing some wear or possibly the
condensor getting ready to die?
