I also think it's time eBay had some huge banners on their site indicating 
the Western Union issue. Even though they indicate this in the help and 
payments section, not many people go and read it. Then again, imagine the 
lawsuits arising from that. :)

Anyway, will see what can be done.

I use moneybookers.com and paypal.com. Moneybookers.com is new and not 
without problems (mostly dealing with a problematic sign-up procedure), but 
they look like they'll grow.
