01E or 016 to V8 ?

  Even It s a 5 speed tranny ? its for 240 stcok first , then 400hp  turbo engine. I tought is stronger than 016 and more precis tranny, faster... than the 016.

  So the best choice is 016 or the moded 01E with the wider first gear, right.

    The 93 01E you are speaking of probably has the weaker mainshaft in it. I
    would stay away.

    I have the choice to use the 016 box 0r the 01E 1993.

    The ratio is similar but the shifting mecanism... is different.....

    Whitch one and why use a 016 or o1E for a V8 3.6 for a projetc.
