AC Compressor crossovers

According to the FA, the 4-cyl Audi 80 (1990) compressor is
a R12 Nippondenso (Audi # 034 260 805 D).  Your '95 should have
a R134a compressor.  The FA lists the A6 and S6 in the same section
and does not make a distinction between the two.  The one that is
listed in the FA for a 1995 A6q/S6 is a Zexel (Audi # 4A0 260 805 AH).
I don't know whether this is only for the A6 or for both A6 and S6.

Based on this, the prospect of interchangeability is not good.
