Thermistor location in seat heater element ?

Hi.

I can not locate thermoresistor in a seat heater element.   Can someone 
tell me where it hides?   Can a heater switch be a cause of relay 
chattering?

Another question:  heater element resistance is 1.3 Ohm.   No any sign 
of burnt material on the element.    Backrest element resistance is 1 
Ohm,  as it should be.   Is this extra 0.3 Ohm fit into tolerance?   
 From what I found in archives it extra 0.3 Ohm means the element's wire 
is about to break and it should be enough to make a burnt spot.   Any 
comments?
