Radio code more

Too bad (The Mrs.) bought two cars in the past two years from that franchise 
exceeding 50K.  What's VAG looking for?
I only drove by two other dealerships closer to my house to patronize a NE 
quattro school sponsor............bring my registration, actual radio in the 
car......etc...
Why is AOA/VAG doing this?
