Metric HW--socket vs. cap screw question, and a dealer story

That's funny as hell to me. I spent many, many years in the parts
department of various VW/Audi, and Porsche dealers.

If you want a good laugh you should try asking for air-cooled VW parts from
any of the current folks working at dealers. They'll look at you as if you
just sprouted a full rack of antlers!

I guess those of us with 'antique' Audis better stay familiar with ETKA.
I'm going to be loading ETKA onto my PC very soon so I'm willing to help
folks off-list with their needs. I think my copy is good through model year
2000.
