ATE Super Blue can be mixed with DOT4. Nobody should be using DOT3
anymore. FYI- some claim ATE blue causes their clutch to creak.
DOT5 cannot be mixed with anything AND the system sorta needs to be
designed for it.

I think it's Castrol that makes a large gold-colored bottle of fluid;
the stuff is inexpensive and has a boiling point that is plenty high
enough for just about anybody.

   I feel ATE is not worth the expense- and the whole blue vs clear
bit for helping you decide when you've bled enough is quite silly. I
last used ATE Blue many years ago and only recently have I finally
started getting completely clear fluid when bleeding- and I've
practically emptied the entire system at least twice, and bled it at
least 2-3 times.

If you are boiling your fluid, even on the track- you're doing
something very wrong. If you are doing it on the street, you've got
something VERY wrong, like a stuck caliper.
