91 200 20v No Start :(

Thanks everyone who replied,It did turn out to be the red wire going to the
starter, I replaced the last foot or so and it is working now!  Again,
thanks a bunch to everyone, not sure I could have figured it out myself.

That line on my 200q20v was all corroded, almost to the point of the
connector breaking off.  So I started skinning back the shielding.  The
wires were all green-crusted, even inside the insulation for almost as far
as I could get to without taking off the bumper cover, passenger headlight
and intercooler assembly.  That's where I crimp-spliced a new piece of 12
gauge wire something like18-20 inches long.
