plug lube (no dirty jokes!)

When replacing plugs on my '87 5kcstq, should I use anti-seize or not? I 
seem to recall some listers were against it due to possible movement 
undervibration, giving you incorrect spark?  I'm fearful of not using 
anti-seize cuz, well you know...
