84 4kq windows/roof dead

There is a small circuit breaker (about 1/4 x 1/2 x 3/4", silver color) 
in the auxiliary relay panel (over driver's knees).  All power for the 
windows and roof goes through this.  (other later models use two, one 
for windows, one for the roof).

This might be your culprit.
