Polyurethane sway bar/control arm/subframe bushings

We had some very limited discussion of this on the list about 2 years ago.
Both are UK companies making polyurethane bushings for subframes, control arms,
and sway(anti roll for some of you) bars.
Any specific experience with either company products -- fitment, squeeking, wear,
improvement in car handling, increased road noise/vibration, etc. -- specifically
for the subframe and sway bar bushings?
Superflex does supply PU bushing kit to replace the stock 4kq, early 80q/90q, and quattro coupe front rubber subframe
bushings. The Superflex kit is the same price as the dealer only stock bushings.
If one replaces stock rubber subframe bushes with PU and leaves the control arm
bushings stock, it seems to me that more stess is transfered to the control arms.
For spirited road driving, if I want to improve the steering response and reduce
the body roll and still keep my dental fillings intact, what's the common sense
approach without going overboard?
--start by replacing the stock sway bar attachment and end link bushes with PU,
then the control arm bushings, then the subframe bushings?
--replace the stock sway bar and control arm bushings with PU at the same time and
leave the subframe bushings stock?
Please post to the list to share with all.
