That may not be true any more -- the I5 is 10 years old, too old
for many techs. I know a VW/Audi tech on Cape Code (Massachuestts,
for the geographically challenged), and he couldn't help me with
the serpentine belt on my 1994 100 S V6 as he a) doesn't have the
CD manual, and b) he hasn't worked on one before. The I-5 Turbo
cars are even rarer (not many to begin with, and few show up at
the dealer's service department).
