No Start, 1993 100CSQ Avant Auto

Although the fuel filter is a possible culprit, one test (not too much access
here, car is essentially parked on mud so we REALLY don't want to go under
until ABSOLUTELY necessary, no Ahnald in Predator impersonations desired)
we'd like to do is to jumper the fool pump relay to see if we can get
fuel pressure with the relay out of the loop. If the filter is
clogged, then we'd get pressure, but no start, if the filter isn't
clogged, then the car ought to start and the FPR is the culprit.

Our problem is we don't have a CLUE where the FPR is located in the
car. It's not
in the relay box under hood, nor by the aux relay panel by the
driver's footwell, nor
in the kickpanel by the passenger side door. All that's left is under
the carpet by the ECU, unless someone else can give us a clue.

TIA,
