Yep. Easy to do, somewhat hard to align afterwards. Depends on how far you want to go. 
 
I used another spring perch from a 4000. Set it on top of a piece of 5" pipe, cut to the hight you want to raise it. In my case, I went about 1.5". You can also use the ground control coil overs, which are height adjustable. The only drawback, if you go too far, is the suspension travel. It will only go down as far as stock, so large holes and dips will cause bottoming out a lot more.
