Heater core removal urs4 93'

Hi!

I'm brand new owner of 93' S4 with 120km

As laways it starts with little maintenance. Currently I'm working on 
replacing heater core and already need your advice :)

I get inconsistent info about how this should be done. According to Bentley 
- models with climate control(which is S4) do not require dash to be 
removed. I broke box loose and it moves about 1 inch, but I can't remove it 
completely.

Do I, in fact need to remove dash and some connectors from other side of the 
box or should I just try harder?

Anybody did this job?
