Blau's euro light harness kit query

Got Blau's euro light harness kit for my '87 5ktq.
I can't tell from the parts or from the instructions
if it's for both lights, or just one. I think it's for
both--anyone? (I have a vmail into Blau.)

Also, if the kit is for both, can I hook up just 1
(passenger) light instead of both?
