Fuel Cell Install 5KTQ Avant touring.

Hi Guys,
 
Sorry aboutthe posts here, I'm having a bit of a problem with my computer keyboard. But 
alas, I'm finally going whole hog 
on my 86' 5KTQ Avant and would like to install a Racing fuel cell in the trunk floor. Originally I 
inquired about a fuel leaking problem 
That I was experiencing.The situation that I was having was that the car would leak with 
anything over $7.00 in the gas tank. The gas would drip out of the tank at idle and when driving 
from the center area and when I finally shut off the car it would actually stream out for 3 mins. 
After that the leak would stop. Alot of listers have told me driven me to check the fuel pressure return hose but in all honesty I don't really want to drop the subframe after installing 
new subframe bushes, Driveshaft cv's and, diff mounts.
 
This is my new dillemma, I could do 2 different things
 
Step 1: Fuel tank repair
 
If  I do decide to repair the fuel pressure return line where do I start and is this repair possible to do without dropping the existing gas tank? What else do I check for leak wise? I presume this would be the cheapest and  quickest line of repair.
 
Step 2: Racing fuel cell installation
 
I have already went ahead and purchased a complete racing fuel cell system. Now my situation in this light goes this way, I have the fuelcell, bladder, filler plate, and cell mounts. Has anyone ever done this before? What else would I need to purchase? As in fuel pumps, They have 2 kinds, 1 which is a solid state type for low to medium fuel volume applications or the second one which is a Interrupter style pump for higher fuel flow. This car has your basic performance modifications (chip, spring, Drilled airbox). I plan on keepieng the CIS injection. What else do you recommend?
 
Any help would be great.
