KH cam interchange...no dice

Just so others know.  I tried to put an MC cam in my KH today and it
does not fit.  The spacing for the #1 cylinder lobes is different and
hits the second cam bearing.  I didn't measure, but it looks that the
MC cam has the #1 cylinder  lobes about 3 mm farther toward the back
of the engine.

I am a little disappointed, but at least I got shiny new lifters installed.
