Tranny seal ?

Easy, once you have access to it. You have one of two choices. Pull the engine, or pull the trans. Once seperated, pull the torque converter out of the trans, and pull and replace the seal.
 
In your situation (blown headgasket, etc, I'd say it's probably best to pull the engine :-)
