Well it certainly can't hurt to try to clean it -- I mean it might ruin the engine. I haven't heard their cost to replace the engine yet, but I'm sure it will be astronomical. I certainly don't plan on paying them to do it.

Problem with standing up to Audi is who do you stand up to? I will certainly threaten to expand the realm of my rant to every Audi-fan-world-forum and every alt.autos... newsgroup I can think of and then some. I can become a spammer.
