I'm thinking your whole approach may just be silly. It *sounds* as tho you have several vehicles available to you. So pull the assembly and take it to a machine shop. Call around first and get a feel for which shop seems somewhat friendly and claims they can do it quickly. It shouldn't take them but a minute.....and in fact you really don't need to go to a machine shop. Any auto repair place with a press can do this, and probably does do it w some degree of regularity. You should be able to drop it off in the morning and pick it up at lunch, if they're not comfortable w you simply waiting ~10 minutes while they do it.
If you still want a second assembly, check the marketplace at audifans.com
