I have to agree with Mark on this one.
Dealer service for my '93 90S was terrible, they made me feel like a second class citizen because my car was more than 5 years old. So I went to an independent shop and they have made me a loyal customer forever because they treat me with respect and honesty.
I've also heard that "new" Audis just aren't "up to snuff" in the quality department (from more than one source) and that is the reason my next new car is likely to be a Volvo S80 AWD (probably within a month or two).
Anyone want a '93 90S?
(BTW, I'm replying via web mail and it "automagically" attaches the reply so I don't know if it will be on top or bottom.)
