On 8/4/05, Sir Brett Dikeman wrote privately to me (in response to my
question about moving to yahoo or another free list group):

NOW I see why so many people recently outright -attacked- Brett's way
of running the list. I thought those of you that were complaining
were just being "babies", but now I've experienced his elitist
attitude first hand, and see what you're all talking about.
OH, by the way, Brett... If "the rest of the list went on asking
questions about cars days ago" then why, when I asked that question
about yahoo, was it in reply to the "top posting" email from Jon
Linkov that was posted on AUGUST 4th, which in case you didn't realize
was YESTERDAY? Actually, this is the order my WONDERFUL GMAIL account
lists the emails I responded to when asking about the Yahoo option:
Starts up (again) with you, on Aug 2 (2 *DAYS* before my question)
Taka Mitzutani replied that day
You replied again that day
"urq" replied on Aug 4th
Followed by Adam A., on the 4th
Jon Linkov also repliedon the 4th
I asked the "yahoo question" on the 4th
and now today, Aug 5th, I get your unnecessarily rude email.
Sorry for asking a valid question in reply to 6 recent emails on the
subject... I should have just deleted them from my inbox and pretended
they didn't exist. Silly "reply" button.
