Instrument Panel Indicators 90s

Got a question about the instrument panel on my 1993 90s.

I pulled it to replace some burned-out bulbs, and found that the
orientation of the bulb sockets does not match the wiring diagram.
Currently, in the space where the Autocheck system would be if the
car had one, there are the following lights: (hope this comes out right)

Coolant | Blank (Bulb spot covered with sticker, lens says 'Brake')
---------------------
Oil Pres | Seatbelt

There's also another brake light in the lower part of the console
(which right now at least indicates that the parking brake is on) and
another, functional seat belt light next to it. Meaning that
currently I have 1 brake and 2 (?!) seat belt lights.

But AllDataPro says I should have:

Coolant | Brake
---------------------
Oil Pres | Blank

That setup would give me two brake lights, and one seat belt light.
That makes more sense than having two seat belt lights.

Can someone with an autocheck-less 1993-ish 90s check their panel and
tell me if the PO switched the lighting position around? I'm
thinking that the '2 seat belt, 1 brake' current setup isn't quite
right, because the brake fluid level sensor is cracked in half and
I've never gotten a fault on the lower 'Brake' light.

Thanks,
-Dan
