John:  IF the star wheel adjuster is still the same on the 100/200, The outer 
toothed "gear" takes a large box wrench end to adjust tension.  The SMALLER, 
little bolt isn't for adjustment but to rather apply friction/pressure/torque 
to HOLD the large gear adjustment you made, in place.  Bentley mentions 
(AFAIK) that all three bars and tensioners should be adjusted at the same time.

The star wheel bolt and toothed gear are a dealer available part, resonable 
at around $5.
