Faulty Pneumatic Door Lock System on 4KCSQ

Doug,

Would imagine it's the same setup as the type 44's. If so, check the
adjustment rod that goes into the lock solenoid. If the adjustment is
"short" the solenoid may not be triggering the unlock portion.

Pull the door panel off, remove the lock rod from solenoid and try
locking/unlocking by manually pushing/pulling the solenoid. Keep in mind
that the door latch has to be pushed to the closed/latched position for the
locks to lock...

Doesn't sound like a leak, if system was leaking it wouldn't work at all.
Sounds like a control or adjustment issue.
