I am looking at the external pump and filter near the left rear wheel. I am going to borrow the pump off of my kid's 90Q and see if that fixes it. Might as well replace the filter while I am at it. I disconnected the line at the fuel rail. The pump runs but nothing comes out. I think something is sheared or blocked inside the pump.
