Door trim goop

3M makes that... Trim Adhesive.  Any good auto body supply house will
have it (as well as good auto parts stores).  Comes in a red tube (red
box) with black lettering.  Alternatively, you can use 3M VHB (Very
High Bond) double-sided tape (which is what VW/Audi uses in more
recent cars).  You don't need to "totally" seal the door, FYI.
