I just bought one, I'll do a write up on the process and post it online
in a week or so. Do you think I can do it with hand tools?

Harbor Freight has one for about $80. I have it and it works nicely. An
air gun helps a whole bunch!

> It works quite well. It's a huge bolt and nut with several different
sized
rings that work to pull the hub and race out. You have to be cautious
when
reassembling, so as not to push the inner race through. Used it about
100
times when I worked for a shop. Not sure where you would get one, or how
much though. Probably cheaper to have the machine shop do it.
But......if
you have several Audi's, or plan on doing more, might be worth it.
