The low pedal is most likely due to a bad cylidner, master or slave or both. But always do them in pairs! Just do both. Trust me...BTDT. I had the same problem. I changed the master and all was good...for a litle while. Then the slave finally have out all the way. From what I've been told, the slave begins to stick, butting extra pressure ont he master when you push in the clutch...causing the master to die. Replace the master and it will be OK for a little while, but the new master will soon die or the sticking slave will completly die. I replaced both the second time...no problems since. Beware, the slave is a BITCH to get off. The slave is iron, the tranie housing is aluminum...add constand exporeure to the elements and you get corrosion that pretty much welds the slave to the hosuing. Losts of GOOD penetrating oil (like Kroil) and a buch of whaks (not too hard) with a hammer...and it might come loose...but might also need to heat it with a torch.

Good luck,
