You have several options. Of course, the standard headliner material is one option. Using standard velour in a color of your choice is another one. Available at places like Joanne's and Hancock fabric's, and in some colors that pretty closley mimic the factory headliner. Or you can try to locate the factory stuff. It's probably significantly more expensive, but may be worth it if you are planning on keeping the car for a while.
 
BTW, the main problem with the standard stuff is the foam on the back. It interferes with the sunroof operation because it is too thick.
