Fuel Injector - when to replace

The best way to know is to test them.  This is done by pulling them, 
inserting them into some sort of measuring cups, and generating flow 
(usually by jumpering fuel pump and raising CIS air plate manually).

You look for a nice smooth conical spray pattern and equal fuel delivery.
