Tiptronic transmission

NAC...my favorite "sort of" automatic was in my '59 Renault Dauphine that I 
had back in the '60s.  Three-speed on floor with a large electro-magnetic 
box in the back that took care of disengaging the clutch when you wanted to 
shift...actuated by pressure on the shift lever.  Weird, but then most all 
French vehicles were then (still are?).  Regards, Tom
