90v6 cooling fan will not stop running

as soon as i turn the key on, they start fireing  away at full speed, just started teh other day, has nothing to do with  the heater and a/c control settings. im guessing a relay, but why start  when it got cold out ?? dam car is driving me nuts !! e-brake is  sticking on days when it gets under 30, the window pissers are pumping,  but no fluid hits the window, and its not unhooked at the hood, like it  has happened before. thinking of getting rid of it, but to do what ??  get another audi ?? i cant stay away, as much as i hate this car, i  really like audis !! please reply direct, i do not get the full list  sent to me, i am on the 12v list.
