LAC! hella's eurobeam? eurotrash?

I noticed on Hella's website that a few of their aux
lights have a "Eurobeam" option. It's not fog, it's
not driving/pencil, it's Euro. However I could find no
explanation of said Eurobeam. What does it Euro-do?
Please forward me all euro-answers.
